ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Due to the busy period, possible delays may occur.
STANDARD 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS
Click & Collect
Standard orders:Free Standard Shipping on all orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 14:00 pm, depending on product availability. Orders received after 14:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
Click & Collect: You can pick up your order in one of the UPS pick-up points after 1 - 2 business days. This option is free. Your order will be shipped 1-2 business days after your order was placed. You will receive an e-mail once your order is ready to be picked up.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online. Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability. The dates provided are estimates and subject to change.
SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
We will deliver each order according to the delivery option chosen by you during the order process.
All orders will be processed and sent on business days, from Monday to Friday (with the exception of Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship and deliver outside of Netherlands.
Each delivery time is an estimation. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Orders may be delivered in one of more shipments.
Estee Lauder is not liable for delayed delivery caused by a third party. With your package you will receive all necessary information to return the items.
Some items and orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are absent during delivery, a phone number or voucher will be left behind for an alternative delivery method. To ensure a safe delivery and guarantee the good condition of your order, the deliverer is not able to deliver your order in your absence.
We take all precautions to deliver on the mentioned address. However, we are not liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery due to incorrect entry of the information.
Your Estee Lauder online order will be delivered at the destination that is most convenient for you. With our CLICK & COLLECT service you have the option to have your order delivered at the pick-up point of your choice.
HOW DOES IT WORK

2. Select your preferred pick-up point
3. Pick up your order at your own convenience. It only requires your identity card.
SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
We are currently unable to accept orders billed to or shipped to destinations outside of Belgium.
