The Willits Wood Improved
Forest Management Program
United States (Mendocino County, CA)

Located in the Mendocino, California, the Willits Wood Improved Forest Management Program has transformed over 19.000 acres of land into responsibly managed forests from heavily forested lands. The trees protected include redwoods, Douglas fir, coastal oak and montane hardwood. Forest management protects against soil erosion, runoff and helps reverse degradation by building up soil organic carbon. This project is also verified under the California Air Resources Board.

*The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is funding an emission reduction project to offset CO2e emissions
as a result of deliveries made from our Estée Lauder Belgium fulfillment center to our
consumers' delivery addresses (excludes buy online and pickup in store).
